What can I buy?
Foodstuff, groceries, fresh farm produce, dry items, perishables, proteins, drinks, provisions and other food and beverage products.

What is the Foodstuff Store app?
A vendor-first marketplace. You shop groceries, foodstuff and fresh farm produce from trusted sellers, local markets, farmers and distributors across Nigeria.
How does shopping on the app work?
- Open the Foodstuff Store app.
- Choose a vendor, market, farmer or seller.
- Browse the products they have available.
- Add items to your cart.
- Pay and place your order.
- Track your order where tracking is available.
Is the app like a grocery store?
It's more like a digital market. Instead of one central store, you shop from different vendors and sellers, depending on availability and location.
Who supplies the products on the app?
Trusted vendors, farmers, producers, distributors, local markets and other approved sellers.
Can I buy from sellers in another state?
Yes, depending on product availability and delivery coverage.
Do I have to go to the market myself?
No. The app lets you buy from trusted sellers without visiting the market.
Business accounts
What is Foodstuff Store Business?
It's for businesses that need bulk food supply, custom orders, credit and priority support, and that buy food regularly or in large quantities.
Who can apply for a business account?
Restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, caterers, bakeries, lounges, clubs, retailers, resellers, corporate organisations and other businesses.
How do businesses place orders?
Through the online store, WhatsApp and phone calls, or email. Your preferred method is confirmed during onboarding.
Can businesses request custom orders?
Yes, for items you buy in bulk or products you don't see online.
Do business customers get support?
Yes. Approved business customers get priority support from a dedicated account officer.
FS Credit
What is FS Credit?
FS Credit lets approved business customers buy food supplies and pay later.
Can everyone use FS Credit?
No. It's only available to approved business customers after review.
How do I apply for FS Credit?
Submit a business account application.
Our team reviews your business and contacts you.
What can FS Credit be used for?
Approved business purchases and bulk supply orders through Foodstuff Store.
Vendors
Who can become a vendor?
Farmers, retailers, producers, distributors, wholesalers and other food suppliers.
What are the benefits of becoming a vendor?
You reach more customers, sell through the Foodstuff Store app, get more visibility, see market information, and sell to customers on credit while getting paid upfront.
Can vendors sell to their own customers using FS Credit?
Yes. Foodstuff Store supports eligible buyers with credit, and the vendor is paid upfront.
How do I apply as a vendor?

Monthly plan
What is the monthly plan?
You pay smaller amounts over time and receive your food supplies later.
Who is it for?
People who want to plan ahead, spread payments and receive bulk food supplies more conveniently.

Delivery
How does delivery work?
It depends on the order. App orders are delivered according to the vendor or seller you ordered from. For business orders, Foodstuff Store can coordinate delivery more closely.
Will all my app items arrive together?
Items from one vendor usually come together, based on that vendor's fulfilment. Items from several vendors depend on each vendor's arrangements and availability.
Can I track my order?
Yes, depending on the type of order and delivery method.
What if I have a delivery issue?
Contact support with your order details and the team will review it.
Quality
How does Foodstuff Store check quality?
We work with trusted sellers and check products, where applicable, before delivery or fulfilment.
What if I receive a bad product?
Report it as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos or details of the product.
Are sellers verified?
Foodstuff Store may review and approve sellers before they sell on the platform.
Payments and refunds
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, online payment, payment links and other approved methods.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Customers get receipts or order records. Business customers can get invoices.
Can I get a refund or replacement?
Refunds or replacements may be considered once an issue is confirmed, such as wrong items, unavailable products, or quality problems reported on time.
